Format to adopt for abstract submission (Oral/Poster) and presentation (Oral/Poster)


ABSTRACT

➽  Title should be clear, descriptive, not too long typed in bold letter in upper-lower case. Use subjective statement only, e.g. An Assessment of Natural Regeneration of Non Timber Forest Product (NTFP) Species: A Case Study of Mandla, India

➽  Title will be followed by name(s) of author(s) which will be followed by complete address of affiliation with PIN/ZIP, without designation, superscripted with numerical, e.g. Satvant Kaur Saini1, Kunal Bharat,1, Priyanshu Thapliyal2, Swapan Mehra3
 ➽  Followed by one after one 1-3 addresses of affiliation(s) and E-mail of the corresponding (presenting) author

➽  Abstract must be short giving clear understanding about the work to be present (word limit 250-400). It must be stated clearly the objective, method and implication of the study which will be followed by Keywords (indexing terms) maximum up to 5 words in lower case only

Poster Specifications

➽  Size of poster: 75 cm (width) X 100 cm (height)  or 30 inch (width) X 40 inch (height)
➽  Orientation: Portrait


Each poster should contain:

➽   The information on your poster should be readable from 1 to 1½  meters distance.
➽   A short, descriptive title,with out abbreviations. Keep it as simple as possible.
➽   Full names of contributing authors
➽   Addresses of the institutions the contributing authors are affiliated to
➽   An introduction under lining the purpose of the presentation
➽   A narrative presenting methods, materials, results and other information relevant to your work
➽   A conclusion which should be clear and should emphasize the practical implications of your work.
➽  All written text must be in English, the official language of the Conference. No commercial or advertising messages would be allowed

 

Presentation

Poster presenter have to be available in front of their poster during the Poster Session. They must be ready to explain their work to the members of the scientific committee of the poster section and to other interested people.


ORAL 

    

➽  Audio-Visual available

➽  Conference hall will be equipped with a computer, LCD projector and screen. The computer would have Window operating system with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please bring your presentation file in pen drive or in CD.

 

Presentation

➽   Length of your presentation must be in accordance with your time allotted
➽   Time allotted for each oral presentation would be Eight minutes excluding Two minutes for discussion
➽   We recommend that you should bring at least 2 copies of your presentation to the meeting for back up purposes
➽   Please refer to the Final Schedule
