Ambient Science is presently looking for opportunities to cooperate with conference organizers across the globe for Research Publication. It is well-known fact in the present era various conferences are organizing and most of them end up with publishing their conference proceedings in the form of either hard copy or in the digital media like CD, distribution restricted to the delegates of the conferences. The process also restricts the ideas and views shared in the conferences, the ideas being discussed and analyzed by very few attending the conference and to those who receive the proceedings. We are among the few well-known journal with the right infrastructure and capabilities to publish the research articles presented at the conferences.

We offer end to end support to the organizations willing to have our support, being an association dedicated to bring your research work online (as well as hard copies) in the best possible way we are here to help those who are in need of support. Once the proposal to support a conference is approved by our editorial board we start working with the conference team to promote their conference through our site and in all possible ways for research publication. We also circulate the Conference edition/proceedings to all our hard copy subscribers to keep them in their respective libraries. Though Ambient Science is being published by an academic institution, we also offer our free services in reviewing processes whenever it required. We provide the following service to the conference organizers so that their conference is promoted in a better way.

• Providing link to the conference site from our site so that willing authors can view the details of the conference.


• Promotional support in online and offline form to promote the conference if asked by organization.


• Technical and academic support to the conference organizers if needed.


• All published articles will be provided a separate DOI number

Article Processing & Handling Charges for Conference Research Publication

It would be in the own interest of the organizations to utilize our services if needed. We can waive some of our prescribed charges only when we would be offered to publish 25 to 50 articles together in a single (special/proceeding) issue.

Required Duration for Publishing a Complete Issue (Proceeding)

After completing the editorial and review process, a period of one month would be required to publish 50 to 100 articles (online with proper DOI as well as hard copies).

Complete articles of any particular Conference/Seminar will be kept on the respective year's archive in the form of a Special issue/ Proceeding.
